ROTATING CYLINDER (USP 6)
Die Rotating Cylinder Methode (USP 6) ist ähnlich der USP 1-Methode (Körbchen-/Basket-Methode). Der Basket wird jedoch durch einen speziellen Zylinder aus 316er Edelstahl ersetzt. Das transdermale Pflaster wird an der Außenfläche des Zylinders befestigt. Die transdermale Prüfung wird bei 32°C durchgeführt, um die Temperatur der Haut widerzuspiegeln. Andere Variablen, wie z.B. die Anforderungen an die Höheneinstellung und Probenahme, sind die gleichen wie bei der USP 1-Methode. QLA's Rotating Cylinder und Verlängerungen sind alle mit Seriennummern gekennzeichnet, werden mit einem Konformitätszertifikat geliefert und sind mit den meisten Marken von Dissolution Testern kompatibel.
