Qualification Tool for measuring of the centering
The centering between shaft and vessel of the Dissolution Tester is an important variable that can significantly affect the results of a dissolution test. Incorrect centering can change the fluid hydrodynamics within the vessel and distort dissolution rates.
With the "AxisProbe" from RIGGTEK you can easily measure the centering in seconds at all dissolution testers with "High-Head". Clamp the AxisProbe to the shaft at the defined height, turn the shaft at low speed and read the minimum and maximum deflection as required by the regulations.
