ROTATING CYLINDER for the RIGGTEK Dissilio
The Rotating Cylinder Method (USP 6) is similar to the USP 1 method (cup / basket method). However, the basket is replaced by a special cylinder made of 316 stainless steel. The transdermal patch is attached to the outer surface of the cylinder. The transdermal test is performed at 32 ° C to reflect the temperature of the skin. Other variables, such as height adjustment and sampling requirements, are the same as for the USP 1 method.
RIGGTEK Rotating Cylinders are - according to our motto "SIMPLY SMART" - simply screwed onto the shafts, there is no need to change the shaft. Of course, both the short and the long version of the rotating cylinder are available. All rotating cylinders are marked with serial numbers and are of course delivered with a certificate of conformity.
