VESSEL COVER and accessories for the RIGGTEK Dissilio
Media loss through evaporation can be significant. Vessel covers should reduce or avoid these problems and offer openings for receiving cannulas, stoppers and temperature probes and make it easy to insert the dosage form. By using cannulas and stoppers that match the lid, the sampling point should always be exactly and correctly defined in order to work conformally and reproducibly.

Our standard vessel covers 1299.0030 offer sampling holes for paddles and baskets, where the height adjustment between paddles and baskets takes place automatically - just "SIMPLY SMART". Another hole may be intended for a "return sample" or simply for inserting the dosage form. Also "SIMPLY SMART" - with the appropriate sampling cannulas, the height for the respective test volume is also fixed or can be variably adjusted as required (more under DTX Sample Probes).
Thanks to the hinge, the Vessel Cover can be placed very easily and, if the seal is very good, avoid further necessary rubber lips etc. for sealing. Of course, this Vessel Cover is also available UV-resistant in "Amber" (orange color).
The Vessel Centering Ring is simply placed on the edge of the vessel and the vessel is securely fixed by turning it. With a notch you can always place the ring and the vessel in the same position with regard to the rotation - "SIMPLY SMART". It also protects the vessel edge from damage.
