Dissolution vessels provide the space for the active ingredient to be released and should therefore always be identical in shape as far as possible. Since vessels are mostly hot formed / drawn from glass tubes, deviations in the vessel wall symmetry, wall thickness and, above all, the curvature of the bottom can occur.

RIGGTEK offers vessels of the highest quality and comparability and always confirms this with a certificate (Certificate of Conformance, on request also Certificate of Analysis).

Based on the history, there are large permitted tolerances for the vessels and therefore the vessels from different manufacturers are very different within the permitted tolerances. These differences can have a major impact on the dissolution test results.
